We pride ourselves on honest, transparent pricing. We do charge a standard diagnostic/trip fee to dispatch a licensed professional to your home to accurately assess your plumbing issue. However, if you choose to move forward with the repair, we often waive or apply that fee toward the cost of the repair.

By operating during standard daytime hours (Mon-Sat, 7am-6pm), we ensure that every job receives our full attention and expertise without cutting corners or charging exorbitant after-hours emergency fees.
For larger projects like water heater replacements, repipes, or major installations, we can often provide an estimate. For active leaks, clogs, or repairs where the issue is hidden, we must perform a proper diagnostic first to ensure we give you an accurate, straightforward price before any work begins.
